TikSwoop

Terms of use

Use the tool for public posts, respect the creator's rights, and do not use it to build a mirror or to reach private content.

Permitted use

TikSwoop is provided for saving public TikTok posts for personal, offline viewing and reference. You may not use it to download private, friends-only or deleted content; to build a competing media library; to automate bulk collection; to evade rate limits; or to infringe copyright, trademark or privacy rights.

A download is a copy, not a licence. The creator of a video retains their rights. If you republish a downloaded file, you are responsible for having the permission to do so.

No warranty

The service is provided as is, without a warranty of availability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. A post may be unavailable because it was deleted, made private or restricted by region. A file may be lower resolution than the creator's upload because TikTok re-encoded it. We do not guarantee that any particular post can be downloaded.

We may change, suspend or limit the service, including per-IP limits, to protect availability or comply with the law. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the service, to the extent the law allows.

No affiliation

TikSwoop is independent. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by TikTok or ByteDance. TikTok is a trademark of its owner and is used here only to describe what the tool works with.
