What this is
TikSwoop is a website that turns a public TikTok post link into a downloadable file. It is operated independently. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by TikTok or ByteDance, and the TikTok name is used only to describe compatibility.
The tool is deliberately narrow. It does not host a video library, does not publish permanent links to other people's videos, does not maintain a social graph and does not ask you to create an account. A request reads a public post, streams the file and ends.
What we refuse to do
No ads, including affiliate placements and sponsored links. No native app, APK, store listing or install prompt. No stories and no Douyin. No private content, no login bypass and no session borrowing. No editing a watermark out of a file you already have. No claim about a format or quality that the underlying capability has not passed a test for.
Those are product boundaries, not temporary gaps. A site that breaks them can grow faster for a quarter and then lose the domain, the payment processor or the audience. We would rather be boring and durable.
